Gulf Gate is a very popular area of Sarasota.  It's popularity is based on Gulf Gates proximity to the fine Sarasota beaches of Siesta and Lido Key.  Gulf Gate homes are typically built in the 1950's - 1970's, and are located minutes from the Sarasota mall, so there is shopping galore just minutes away!  It is a very clean and well-maintained community located in the heart of Sarasota.
