Lakewood Ranch homes are a great buying opportunity.
I recently spent the day showing my buyer client homes in Lakewood Ranch, University Place and the Enclave, which is located just a little east of I-75 off Palmer Blvd. In general, we found some extremely nice homes in the high 200's to mid 300's. These homes were all at least three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, and had to have an enclosed pool and lanai. It was really amazing to see the price reductions on some of these homes as well.
