We met Mary Elizabeth and Peter after they inquired about new construction homes which are available for sale in Sarasota. We conducted quite a bit of research after learning what was important to them in their dream home. We narrowed down the communities and visited several options we felt were the best matches. This past week, we were able to finalize a deal with Taylor Morrison homes to build their dream home in the absolutely superb location of Cobblestone in Palmer Ranch. This community doesn’t even have a sales office on site yet, and we were one of the first to go under contract!
