I was playing with a new Zillow tool which documents median price histories for Sarasota . You can view Sarasota home values, but take it with a grain of salt, as these are median numbers, and obviously, prices vary greatly in Sarasota. What s interesting to me is the broader perspective of looking at the price history on a 5 year and 10 year timeframe. It does appear we have hit the bottom if you look at the long term graphical trends.
