I recently spent the day showing my buyer client homes in Lakewood Ranch, University Place and the Enclave, which is located just a little east of I-75 off Palmer Blvd. In general, we found some extremely nice homes in the high 200′s to mid 300′s. These homes were all at least three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, and had to have an enclosed pool and lanai.
It was really amazing to see the price reductions on some of these homes as well. The first home we viewed was a former model in Enclave. It was gorgeous, large rooms, lake view, and priced to sell in the low 300′s. This is a great community where you can find a lot of home for the money. If you are looking for a new home with a great school district (Tatum Ridge), then you should certainly check out this community. The home we viewed had about $90,000 in upgrades, and you could certainly tell. It was listed for $319,000.

We also viewed homes in Lakewood Ranch and the gated community of University Place. I saw some really great homes in the $300′s (homes that were selling for 550k just 2 years ago!)
