This is an example of a video walk-through tour I performed for an out-of-state buyer who was very interested in this home. The buyer had viewed the listings MLS virtual tour provided by the listing agent, however they still did not have a good feel for the flow of the home and wished for a better tour. Before planning a trip to Sarasota to view this home in person, I offered to video the home first.
I always strive to exceed my clients expectations. 80% of buyers search for homes online prior to contacting an agent to help them. As part of my services for all my out-of-town buyer clients who choose to work with me exclusively, I am happy to create a custom video of the home of high interest to my buyers. Many times, these virtual walk-through videos do a better job of presenting the flow of a home rather than a standard image virtual tour.
