Siesta Key is one of Sarasota’s largest draws for visitors. The white sandy beaches are second to none, and the Siesta Key beach has been rated one of the best beaches in the world. Siesta Key beaches have been featured on the travel channel as one of Florida’s nicest vacation spots, which is evident by the large number of yearly visitors and vacationers to the area.

Siesta Key is a fabulous hot spot for beach goers, and sports enthusiasts. Whether you enjoy bicycling, golf, fishing, walking, volleyball, scuba diving, and many other sports, Siesta Key offers something for everyone. There are numerous restaurants and boutiques that line the streets of Siesta Village, one of Siesta Key’s largest hot spots. Siesta Village is located just north of the famous public beach. You will find stores, boutiques, shops and restaurants are centrally located in the village, along with commercial sites and residential homes. If you are looking for a condo or single family home located in the middle of the action, this is where you want to start your search!

The public beach area and Siesta Village feature the large flat open beaches. The beaches are superb, featuring wide spanning beachfront with white powdery sand that is cool to the touch. If you travel south, you will find Crescent beach which also feature the famous flat beaches, yet is less crowded due to only one public access point. Continuing even further south, you will find Turtle Beach which features a steeper sloping beach, with more shells and rocks, perfect for little ones who like to collect shells.
