Casey Key, Florida is one of Sarasota's most exclusive and upscale places to live in the Sarasota Fl. area.  It is a slim barrier island stretching 8 miles.  Casey Key is located just south of Siesta Key, but is known to enjoy relatively low traffic and is peaceful.
