Today, my listing at 1821 Woodhaven Circle went under contract, which is located in the Tamaron neighborhood in Sarasota Florida. Tamaron is a wonderful community located centrally to just about everything Sarasota Fl. has to offer. The homes in the Tamaron subdivision are typically built in the later 1970′s to early 1980′s. The Tamaron neighborhood homes range in size from about 1200-1800 sq. feet. Many homes have pools, and the yards are about 8,000 – 10,000 sq feet. (1/8 to a 1/4 acre max) Some have views of water, and many Tamaron homes have a view of trees or preserve. Others will back up to a fence, with another home on the other side.
Tamaron is a very popular neighborhood due to the location, which is located off Mcintosh Rd (in between Bee Ridge Road and Fruitville Road) The neighborhood has a very reasonable home owners association fee of $75/year as of 2009. Tamaron is a clean and a well-maintained community, and certainly worth checking out!
