I was going through the Sarasota MLS recently, looking for an investment property for a long time client that wanted to find a property that the seller is looking to unload quickly, and was willing to deal. I ran some searches, and looked at homes with very recent large price reductions. This doesn’t necessarily mean these were the best deals, but what it does show is a seller who is tired and looking for more action.
