All homes are built within the Bent Tree Golf Course, a private golf club located in Sarasota just east of I-75 on Proctor Road. Many residents enjoy golf course views, lake views, or preserve views. One great feature of Bent Tree are the larger-than-average lot sizes. Many lots extend 1 acre or larger in size, giving residents more privacy from neighboring homes compared to similar communities in the area.
Membership to the Bent Tree Golf Course is not mandatory, however all residents in the community do receive a social membership allowing them access to the golf course restaurant. There’s a nice mix of residents living in Bent Tree, ranging from younger families to empty-nesters.
