New Website Enhancements

In the past two weeks, I have been redesigning WeSellSarasota.com to improve the searching experience for my clients, and hopefully my “future” clients. I am very interested to know what you think, so please feel free to leave me a comment below.

I wanted to make the website a bit easier to view, so I changed to a 2 column layout as opposed to the previous version with a 3 column layout. The largest changes I made was implementation of actual listings implemented into each of my 300 featured neighborhood pages.

Everyone is interested in a great deal, so I have added a list of new Sarasota Foreclosures that have hit the market in the past 7 days. You will find this right on the homepage. Foreclosures move fast, so I wanted to put the latest right up front and easy to find. This is very dynamic information, and will update automatically daily. As always, be sure to check out the Map Search. When viewing detailed listing views, there are a bunch of tools to help you evaluate property, including neighborhood information tabs, school information tabs, Google Street Views (Like taking a virtual drive down the street of the listing, Zillow property estimates for each listing, price history’s for each listing, and more.
